Slik - Paralympics Australia Virtual Stadium

3D Design work I did for Slik early in 2024, for their Paralympics Australia Virtual Stadium project
https://slik.com.au/projects/paralympics-australia-2024

The project consisted of creating an intro fly-through of Paris to the Virtual Stadium along with the internals of the Virtual Stadium experience that people could run around in, and featured highlights and info from the Paralympics that people could check out as the event unfolded. I also created the Player Avatar that players used to navigate the Virtual Stadium space.

The intro fly-through required modeling and texturing of some iconic Paris landmarks in a painterly style, along with creation of the Stadium itself. For this I produced the Arc De Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, and the Stadium in this style

Inside the Stadium I modeled and textured the outer seating areas for the stadium, creating general seating and corporate box areas, to be used in their promotional site and as a background for the playable area of the virtual stadium.

Finally I created the player avatar (named "Speedy"). I modeled, rigged, and animated this simple little character for players to control as they explored the virtual stadium.

All assets were created in Blender, and painterly textures were created in Substance Painter
